What is in the agent catalogue?

Named agents for named jobs: accounting, social media manager, stats, RFQ/vendors, research, follow-ups, ops/CRM, and custom. Each starts with one clear first job.

What does $199 include?

One-time setup and training for one catalogue agent: tool connections for that job, the first useful routine, approval rules, a training session, handover notes, and seven days of fix-it support.

What is the $10 hosting charge?

$10 per always-on instance each month. That is the hosting cost for one running instance in Agents, not a per-agent software seat. The $199 fee is only for done-for-you configure-and-train.

How do tokens work?

Model usage is separate. Pay as you go for managed usage, or bring your own Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, OpenRouter, or similar subscription. You choose the model and control spend.

What is the difference between Agents and done-for-you setup?

Agents is self-serve at agents.tokenbuds.ai. Done-for-you is the $199 configure-and-train package when you want Tokenbuds to set up a catalogue agent with you.

How quickly will my agent go live?

Done-for-you setup goes live within three business days after the completed kickoff and receipt of required access. Delays from missing inputs pause the clock.

Do I need my own server?

No. Agents run in your Tokenbuds Agents workspace. Hosting is $10 per always-on instance each month.

Who controls the agent?

You control the workspace, connected accounts, approval rules, and when the agent may act. Consequential actions default to draft-and-approve.

What costs are not included in $199?

Monthly hosting, model tokens, and any third-party app subscriptions. Extra skills or later tuning are scoped under Agent Care.

When does support begin?

The seven-day break-fix window begins when go-live is confirmed, not when you pay.

Can it post or send money on its own?

Only within boundaries you deliberately configure. Social publishing and other consequential actions default to draft-and-approve.

Can Tokenbuds add more skills later?

Yes. Additional skills and workflows can be scoped under Agent Care at $100 per hour, quoted before work starts.

How is Agent Care billed?

Care starts at $100 per hour of agent work. Anything beyond a quick fix is scoped and quoted first.

What is the difference between a skill, connection, and routine?

A skill teaches repeatable work. A connection gives approved access to a tool. A routine schedules when that work should run.

Is the platform open source?

Yes. Agents can run on Hermes, an MIT-licensed open-source agent runtime published by Nous Research on GitHub. Messages and tool calls still travel through the channels and apps you connect.

Which apps can an agent connect to?

You can connect 1,000+ tools such as Gmail, Google Sheets, Zoho Books, Notion, HubSpot, LinkedIn, and X. Each connection is added deliberately, with the smallest useful permission.
